- Unused package service: No refund will be made for any shortened stay or for any part of the island activities, transfers, meals or etc booked and paid for but not utilized by the guest once the boat has depart from its place of origin.
- If you wish to extend your stay in the resort, you are required to settle the payment in full for the extended period of stay upon check-out at the resort.

Sample Itinerary
DAY 1
- 07:00hrs: Good Morning! You will depart from the designated location
- 09:00hrs: Arrive at Rampayan Jetty, Kota Belud. You will need to fill up liability form, and the resort's Guest Services Associate will conduct a briefing before departing to Mantanani Island
- 10:00hrs: Start our journey to Mantanani Island by boat from Rampayan Jetty, which takes around 30 to 45 minutes (subject to weather condition).
- Upon arrival at the resort, proceed to Front Office for registration and attend to luggage storing.
- Gear up for 2 sessions of boat snorkelling and both snorkelling sessions are conducted by resort's in-house snorkelling guide.
- 13:00hrs: Proceed to have buffet lunch in the restaurant.
- 14:00hrs: After lunch, proceed to check-in. Free at leisure throughout the afternoon, or you can join any available sea activities (subject to availability & upon request)
- 15:30hrs: Hi-Tea will be served at restaurant.
- 17:15hrs: Time to explore more on Mantanani Island. You will be joining Sunset Walk & Village Tour, conducted by the in-house tour guide
- 19:00hrs: After a long-fruitful day, you will be pampered with delicious dinner at the restaurant.
- 20:30hrs: Continue the fantastic journey and experience Blue Tears watching in the night tour.
- Back to resort and have a good night rest.

DAY 2
- Refreshen yourself, start a new day with a good breakfast. After that free and easy at your free time or you can join any available sea activities (own expenses).
- 11:00hrs: Check-Out.

- 14:30hrs: Time to say goodbye and proceed to return to Rampayan Jetty by boat
- 15:15hrs: Arrived Rampayan Jetty.

Things You Should Know
- Kayaks are also provided and can be used free of charge. Please enquire at the front office so they can assist accordingly.
- If guests wish to play volleyball, beach ball, board games, or even the trampoline, they are all free of charge. Please enquire at the front office so they can assist accordingly.
- For guests interested in diving, they will be directed to another agent. Please enquire at our front office and they will assist accordingly.
- The boat journey to Mantanani Island may not be suitable for pregnant women as the boat ride may be bumpy depending on the sea condition.
- We do not encourage you to book your flight on the day you depart Mantanani Island back to Kota Kinabalu. This is due to unpredictable sea and weather conditions that may result in cancellation of boat departure from Mantanani Island to the mainland.
- In the event if we encounter bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances which render cancellation of last boat transfer out of the island for safety reasons; all relevant lodging costs for the overnight stay will be arranged and paid for by the resort in lieu of the cost staying in Mantanani. There will be no further claims or refunds for such incidental circumstances.
- Liability Release Form MUST be understood and signed by the participant before the tour commences.
- Weather conditions: We cannot predict the weather conditions these days for scuba diving even for the best season.
- Standard check-in and check-out times for most hotels & resorts are 1400 Hrs & 1200 Hrs. However, check-in & check-out times may vary depending on each accommodation. So kindly check with us to get accurate check-in & check-out times of your accommodation.
- Effective as of 1st September 2017, the Tourism and Culture Ministry of Malaysia will be implementing a Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTX). Foreign tourists will be required to pay a flat rate of MYR 10 per room per night regardless of accommodation star level. The TTx is to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents residing in Malaysia are exempted from TTx and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in for the exemption.

Travel Tips

- Your belongings may get wet. You can bring along waterproof bags such as dry bags or plastic bags to keep your belongings nice and dry!
- Before going out for some fun in the sun, you may bring along some SPF50 sunscreen and an umbrella to protect your skin.
